General FAQs

Benalla Train Station is about 30km from the camp ground. If you are unable to get a lift or drive to the festival, someone may be able to pick you up from the station, but you must pre-arrange this 48 hours before the start of the event. Alternatively, please talk to your fellow campers whom you know, to work out a plan for them to pick you up. There is no telephone or mobile phone access on the site – you cannot rely on ringing up to be picked up. So therefore you need to plan in advance. The best thing to do, is contact us 48 hours prior to the festival for advice.

Also, there might be an option to car pool. If you have room in your car or need a lift, it is useful to post on the NudeManFest Facebook page and let others know your situation. There is usually room in a few cars that are heading up from Melbourne. And in previous events we have seen a number of people become friends on the drive up.

NudeManFest is held in Northern Victoria. If you are driving from Melbourne, it’s approx. 3 hours. From Sydney it’s 8 hours and 4 hours from Canberra. It is possible to catch a train or a bus, but if you need to be picked up, you MUST arrange with us 48 hours prior to arriving at the festival. Contact us here. There are no telephone or mobile phone facilities at the premises, so you cannot ring us when you arrive in the hope of being picked up.

A few days before a festival event, those who booked tickets will be sent a map with detailed instructions on how to get there. All tickets are pre-purchased and cannot be bought at the door.

As you drive in to the venue, you will see a large main building to the left across from a lush green lawn. From the main building, walk to the main camping area to find a location to set up. If you are uncertain, please ask for more information. For camper vans and such, you will go to the camping area and park near to the parking area. If no one is able to meet you (for example, if you arrive late at night), come to the main building – most people are usually relaxing, playing, eating or drinking. You will easily be spotted as a newbie, particularly if you are wearing clothes. Come say hi – there will usually be a few friends floating around. We will all be able to greet you, help you get settled in and direct you. It is a very relaxed community vibe.
